Coordination test

Intro

If you think you are coordinated and have control of your body's movements, then try this.

A simple test of coordination

While sitting or standing:
  • Lift your right foot off the floor.
  • Rotate it in a clockwise direction for about 10 seconds...
  • While your foot is rotating, use your right hand to draw an invisible 6 in the air.
Involuntarily, your right foot will begin to rotate in a counterclockwise direction, and there's nothing you can do about it.
